Landmark 120 will be modernized to become the pinnacle of creative workspace. By early 2013, the building will be fully renovated and remodeled by famed architects Page & Turnbull, whose previous historical remodels include San Francisco's Ferry Building and Walt Disney Family Museum. Historical elements, like the large windows, will be preserved, while bringing in all of the modern desires of today's creative companies: fiber, radiant floor heating, full kitchen with stove. The space is available to be delivered on a turn-key basis to tenants.
